How do I place a catering order?

How far in Advance do I need to place my order?

We kindly request 48hr notice for all catering orders. All orders for the weekend or Monday pickup must be placed by 12pm the Friday before. If you are passed the deadline but have a special event like a bris or shiva, please contact catering@elbagel.com and will do our best to accommodate.

How much food do I need?

Each “setup” comes with 12 bagels and feeds 10-12 people.

Can you deliver it or do I need to pick it up?

Pick up for catering orders is strongly encouraged, as delivery drivers sometimes are not equipped to handle large platters and large items. Which can heavily delay your delivery. Still, you may request delivery at checkout (a delivery fee will be added).

Do catering orders come with Napkins, utensils and plates?

Orders do not come standard with napkins, utensils, and plates. However you may add them to your order for a small additional fee.

Is it possible to cancel?

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Please contact catering@elbagel.com to cancel your order. All orders cancelled ahead of 24 hours before the pickup time will receive a full refund, minus the service fee. All orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the pickup time will receive a 50% refund minus the service fee.
